Whilst Broadley Speaking can make a sensible case for being one of the UK’s premier suppliers of telemarketing, telesales and lead generation services we work in a variety of ways with our clients. We don’t use this as the only tool to help our clients write new business.
We also support them with strategic sales planning, market research and development and sales training for our customers sales teams. As a crack team of sales professionals we’re not afraid to share our skills and decades of experience – but only with our clients. We create bespoke sales training and coaching sessions focussed on our clients particular training needs.
These usually come with a residential element. Our clients come and spend time with the sales teams and account management teams talking through the nuances of their markets,buyers, competition, analysing objections and how to handle them, presentation skills and questioning techniques and then we work through a bespoke sales workshop for a full day, usually led by Hilary Broadley.

Absolutely delightful to have our colleagues from Silcotec Europe across from Galway.
A great company, fantastic products and lovely people to do business with.
Even for the most technical products Broadley Speaking’s unique style of telemarketing and telesales works. Our intelligent sales approach has resulted in very large sales opportunities with some of Europe’s major corporations.
Breaking new markets for clients is great fun and very satisfying and it’s great that the efforts are recognised. From majoring on one major market in September they now look like making a major impact in 3 brand new sectors – and counting !

Had some previous “telemarketing” experience – another case of “the gang who couldnt shoot straight ” ( a really bad 70′s comedy film)

Everyday we spend our time engaging in telemarketing, telesales and lead generation on behalf of our clients. A good deal of our work is in creating fully qualified sales appointments for field sales teams. We usually sell relatively complex products and services to senior people. In this instance Eamonn works on the Impact Handling team. As is not uncommon he has just unearthed a major account opportunity. What a week in the World of telemarketing , telesales and lead generation.
This week saw our Silcotec team travel to meet the Silcotec senior management team in Komarno in Slovakia. Travel via Exeter, Dublin, Budapest and back through Bratislava and Bristol !
Typically for the sort of telemarketing, telesales and lead generation service Broadley Speaking provides for its clients – Silcotec are one of Europe’s leading cable harness manufacturers. An Irish business with their manufacturing centre in sunny Slovakia. We always want to get under the skin of our clients products and services and the very best way to do that was to see and understand the cable harness manufacture process right from the order mechanism , through goods in, production, quality control and goods out and dispatch.
If you think “a cable’s a cable” – wrong ! The level of complexity and detailed work is incredible but then Silcotec make cable harnesses for some of the most complex medical device technology in the World.
